When they got there they just rushed through everything. Didn't level our refrigerator told us we could do it. Also didn't strap our fridge on the hand cart just wheeled it down our down hill driveway. They only put the handles on and took the plastic off the front but left all the other trash inside the fridge. And the worst part is they completely tore up our laminate flooring that we now have to get replaced. The delivery guys suggestion was to glue the floor pieces back together..... unacceptable
