  Our situation was quite different than most. After a devastating house fire, I needed a first class builder to help me recover as quickly as possible. From the start, Scotese Builders provided the expertise required in Architectural Design and Drawings, obtaining Demolition permits for the old house, contracting with reputable sub-contractors to perform site prep, all the way through construction and closing. Their advice was invaluable in helping me and my wife with recommendations on everything from carpet to granite countertop to paint and bathroom fixture suppliers. Everything was done quickly and professionally and we were able to move back into our new home in time for Christmas.
