  Paid $250 to rent the Still Works for a party in January. I booked the event 3 months in advance, the event coordinator never responded to any of my calls and was never available when I visited. I dealt directly with the manager. The week before the event, a new events coordinator got in touch with me to introduce himself and finalize our arrangements. We met and he assured me that he would be on hand an hour before the event so that he could assist with the setup. He showed up just before our guest of honor arrived. The room was so cold that our guests had to wear their winter coats during the party. Eventually the bar tender turned the heat up. The music from the bar was so loud that we had to shout to hear one another. About an hour into our event, they started a tour of the distillery, which they never informed us would be occurring. The tour guide was yelling so that he could be be heard over our party. He moved the tour into our reserved area and start yelling even louder to sell tee shirts, all the while screaming over the guest of honor as she opened gifts. This was a horrible venue, I suggest party hosts look to book elsewhere.
