  My advice is don't even consider Lomax. We ordered high-end custom order tile for our bathroom remodel only to find out 3 weeks after ordering that the "manufacturer had discontinued that tile" So we pick a lesser grade "in stock" tile. They deliver it 2 weeks later but one of the other "in stock" tiles we ordered is 3 sheets short! After having been assured continuously that both were in stock. We also ordered some "in stock" bullnose that never showed up on time for our tile guy to start tiling. I finally cancelled the bullnose order today because the tile guy is starting and cannot wait any longer. I for one will never do business with Lomax again. It was, overall, one of the worst displays of customer service I've ever encountered.

  I put in 4 individual orders of tile in one sitting and only one was received correctly, the other 3 had to be returned. Don't do business here they will tell you anything to sell the product with no follow up. They do not meet delivery times. They even broke a box from our original order that was correct. Once you pay for the product you are screwed. Due to their incompetence we now have half of our tile in place and a contractor at a stand still as we wait for Lomax to get their act together
