  I went to this store after my son's orthopedic appointment for a fractured clavicle, to treat him for being so brave. As we were walking around the store, we were greeted by a friendly cast member (as per usual). She (I am very upset at myself for forgetting her name) asked if we were looking for anything special. I explained our reason for being there and she told my little one she was so sorry and hoped he felt better. We were checked on a couple times, since he took his time making sure he picked the right toy; struck up conversation. Once we were ready to check out, she gave him a bag of goodies (coloring pages, stickers, pins, a mask and a hero certificate). He was so ecstatic! He told everyone he could about the surprise that "Mickey's friend" gave him. He even put some pins on his brace to show his friends at school. It is experiences like this that make me appreciate good, genuine people in retail and love Disney even more. Thank you, thank you to the cast member who made my son's day!
