  Not Very Happy. Got a remote start as a Christmas Gift. Whoever installed my remote start ripped holes into my leather driver's seat. Although Acura's seats are known for cracking and creasing, there were no rips when I dropped it off, and 2 big rips when I picked it up. In addition, the remote start does not work at a distance of more than 30 ft. When this gift was purchased, they were told that it would have to reach about 40-50 ft and they assured us it would work. NOPE. I do not recommend using them, it's not worth it. I gave them 2 stars because I was being nice.
